The aim of the project was to modernise and restructure the website of a Geneva-based law firm in order to improve the user experience. The aim was to make navigation more intuitive and user-friendly, so that visitors could access the information and services on offer more easily.
Services: design, web, copywriting
Objective
The aim of this project was to restructure and modernise an ageing website, both in terms of typography and colours. We also had to remove all broken links and integrate buttons to encourage the browser to take action. To achieve this, we rethought the design and organised the information in such a way as to highlight the most essential information, thereby optimising the user experience and the interface.
Approach
We began by revisiting the graphic charter to modernise it and align it with the law firm’s new objectives. The old texts were replaced by content reflecting the new communication strategy. We also restructured the information to better promote the firm, its lawyers and their areas of expertise.
Result
The new site is now much easier to navigate, with an intuitive, modern user interface. Information is easily accessible and quickly retrieved, making the user experience fluid and efficient. The site now reflects a much more professional and modern image. What’s more, it’s now easy to find a lawyer by specialism, thanks to a clear and organised presentation of areas of expertise.
